Can I upgrade from one package to another?
Yes, Upgrading or downgrading from one pack to another is simple, all you have to do is get in touch with a member of our team; and they’ll be more than happy to help you switch to a plan that better suits you. Whether that’s upgrading or downgrading, we’ll happily assist you.
What counts as an order?
An order is counted when you create a sale from within Zest ERP or if you pull in an order from one of your sales channels.
What payment methods can I use?
We accept payment by all major credit and debits cards.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No, there is no obligation to commit into a long term subscription with Zest ERP. However, if you choose to subscribe to an annual plan, you’ll get a 15% discount on your subscription.
Can I pay yearly?
All our packages are on a monthly basis. If you would like to pay yearly you will need to contact us so that we can get the contract in place to sign your business up on a yearly contract.
Can I cancel anytime?
Since all our packages online are monthly terms, there is no contract. You can cancel anytime; your subscription will cancel at the end of your billing cycle. If you have contacted us about a yearly contract, you can still cancel anytime, but there may be a cancelation fee depending on how long is left on the contract.
Do the prices include VAT?
Prices are in GBP excluding VAT, so any applicable taxes will also be added.
Will I be automatically charged once I've completed my free trial?
Absolutely not, you do not need to enter any billing information until you are ready to upgrade to one of our paid plans.
